My Lord the Most Gentle,

I ask you to disarm the tensions that exist on this face, restlessness at the heart of this, and vibration concerns of this body, so that I become more ready to celebrate the joy with family and friends, and did not involve them to sink into sadness.

Happy with your heart, keep my laughter, and said softly behavior, quickly I thank you and apologize, and be patience  with flaws and weaknesses of my neighbor.
